I spent over 10 years working as an electrician. I started on the tools, moved into smart home installation, and eventually worked as a technical specialist for Delta Dore, a European smart home manufacturer, where I handled sales, technical support, and installer training across the UK.
I know what it's like to come home after a 12-hour day and spend another 3 hours on quotes, invoices, and chasing payments. I know what it's like to miss a £2,000 job because I was under a sink and couldn't answer the phone. I know what it's like to have your entire business in your head and your notes app.
When AI agents started becoming practical in 2026, I saw an opportunity to solve the problems I'd lived with for a decade. Not with generic chatbots or fancy dashboards, but with tools that actually work the way tradespeople work: on WhatsApp, on the phone, without any complexity.
